I wanted to write to you and tell you of my experience organising finance for my new car with Nick Ivers.

When I contacted Platinum Direct Finance (through your website) I was feeling very frustrated and disheartened with the whole car buying process, and indeed was complaining long and loud to anybody who’d listen that it wasn’t fun as I’d expected it to be. I had enquired with my bank (NAB) about car finance and they told me it would take two weeks to get it approved. A car dealer had offered me financing but I felt like I needed a shower after wards as the whole experience was so greasy.

Nick contacted me very shortly after I put in the enquiry via your site and he has been the epitome of helpfulness, cheerfulness and support through the whole process. As I had a friend negotiating a special deal for me it’s been far from straightforward but Nick has been always available with advice and feedback. He is unfailingly cheerful, has gone to great lengths to give me information out of obtuse car dealers, and has made me feel like I had somebody on my side as I step through this whole process. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
