“smooth and flawless process”

I just wanted to thank you both for a smooth and flawless process in obtaining this vehicle. In the past buying cars has usually been pain staking, but due to your fantastic service I enjoyed the whole car finance process. The time frame associated with this whole procedure has been outstanding. To think I only test drove the vehicle a week ago and now it all done and in the driveway. So again thank you for all your assistance and fast service.
Just a few other things I need to know, one being the insurance details of the vehicle and also the registration expires on the 9th Feb, I tried to get the car yard to cover 12 months but they had already given me a discount to cover it. Just wondering the process i need to follow to get this paid.
