I’ve been advertising on carshowroom.com.au for the months of October, November and December. Im sponsoring the car finance section.

To date I’ve received 95 leads but most of them are duds with incorrect details and tyre kickers. When I look at carshowroom.com.au, its a good looking site. They have done well using a black background.

Traffic

Carshowroom.com.au gets traffic from google adwords and being part of the sensis group, has links from sensis owned sites especially tradingpost.com.au.

Being part of sensis I would have thought more traffic could be driven to carshowroom.com.au but their current set-up seems to be poor.

The videos are great but I don’t think we’re ready for this advancement at this stage – maybe down the track.

Maybe they should put this technology on tradingpost, mixing carshowroom.com.au with the classifieds from trading post could put it up there with carsales and drive.

I dont think I’ll be advertising on carshowroom.com.au after dec as its doesnt offer value for money.

  carsshowroom isnt a good site to advertise on if you want a quick return. If you want branding, maybe its average.

  But i advertised on the site for 3 months and did my money cold.
